Strengthen student and children's ministries by filling key leadership roles and offering engaging, age-appropriate discipleship.

Ensure adults have opportunities for spiritual growth through life groups, Bible studies, discipleship relationships, and mentoring.

3. Worship & Spiritual Formation

We will pursue a lifestyle of worship that extends beyond our Sunday gatherings.

Encourage daily worship through personal Bible study and prayer.

Create a Sunday morning experience that reflects our love for God through music, biblical teaching, prayer, and community.

Foster an environment where everyone is encouraged to participate and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

4. Facility & Resource Stewardship

We will faithfully steward the property, finances, and resources entrusted to us to support ministry growth.

Maintain the building and grounds in a way that supports ministry and honors God.

Develop expansion plans for classrooms, children's spaces, and parking as the church grows.

Optimize the use of church property and resources to advance ministry goals.

Establish financial budgets, goals, and policies that support long-term sustainability.
